Dr. med. Dietmar Groß

Senior R&D Consultant

Dietmar is a licensed medical and board-certified clinical pharmacologist dedicated to translating knowledge between research and clinical practice with an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset. With over 30 years of experience in the global pharmaceutical industry, he has held various expert and executive management positions in Clinical Pharmacology, Clinical Development, and Project Management. He provides senior leadership built on scientific principles and medical ethics, and he is dedicated to advancing pharmacotherapy to a new level to enable personalised medicine for the benefit of patients. 

Dr. Jens Schlegel

Chemical, Manufacturing & Controls Expert

Jens is an experienced organic chemist with extensive expertise in product development, scale-up, manufacturing, validation, and commercialisation, including Quality Control and Quality Assurance. In his current role, he oversees and leads analytical method development and validation activities for New Chemical Entities (NCEs) and supports CMC regulatory activities for IMPD submissions.

Jens has 26 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Rapid Pharma Development (RPD) as an independent CMC consultant, he held several senior leadership positions. He served as Head of Chemical Development at Siegfried AG (CH) and RohnerChem (CH), and as Head of Technical Alliance at Tillotts Pharma AG (CH). Previously, as Head of CMC Global at Phoenixus AG (CH), he was responsible for developing new processes for NCEs, leading drug product formulation development, and managing the supply chain for commercial products marketed in the US.
